Tenochti

The upside down mountain, an odd anomaly, has allowed a large artificial upside down pyramid to remain in this district. People have built support pillars underneath it, resulting in two cities: the shaded area underneath, and the waterside district built in the pool of rainwater at the top of the pyramid.
